Our management team, led by our Executive Director, Dr. Shawn Moodley, are all leaders in their respective fields of expertise. The team is responsible for the daily operations of the organisation and its strategic management.

Dr. Shawn Moodley - Executive Director

Dr. Shawn is a seasoned executive who has accumulated more than two decades of expertise in both Government and Business domains in APAC and EMEA. He possesses a robust skill set encompassing Operations, Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Sales & Marketing, Compliance, Business Process Reengineering, Strategic Management, and Transformational Leadership. In his role as the Executive Director, he assumes full accountability for overseeing every facet of the organization's operations, including strategy formulation, growth initiatives, and financial performance.

Dr. Shawn, a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, holds an undergraduate degree in Medicine, a Master's in Business Administration and a PhD in Healthcare Management. He is a Certified Transformational Leader, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute of the UK.

Dr. Satha Pillay - Managing Director

An accomplished executive with over 20 years’ experience in technology driven transformation in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, Dr. Satha manages our client’s transformation initiatives, including digital transformation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, project delivery, and change management. He possesses exceptional expertise in formulating and executing strategic initiatives that are in line with business goals and yield superlative outcomes.

Dr. Satha holds Bachelor’s and Honors degrees in Economic and Business Management, a Master's in Business Administration and a PhD in Information Technology.

Elaine Shum - Chief Financial Officer

Elaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, a Master's degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia). She is a skilled executive with over 20 years of experience in both public accounting and the commercial sectors. As the Chief Financial Officer her responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, managing finance operations, ensuring compliance and risk management, and ensuring the long-term financial health and growth of the organization.

Prof. Dr. Lester Massingham - Advisor

Prof. Dr. Lester is a highly respected consultant in the field of strategic and transformational management, known for his vast experience working with corporate and government entities across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With over forty years of expertise, he has introduced and executed numerous groundbreaking methodologies in the healthcare sector.

Prof. Dr. Lester holds a Master's degree in Management from Lancester University and PhD in Business Management from Durham University and thanks to his unwavering passion, commitment, and deep understanding of managerial transformation, he has emerged as a trusted advisor for government projects, multinational corporations, and small and medium-sized enterprises. His exceptional ability to make crucial decisions and his strategic mindset have played a significant role in his achievements.

Niran Noor - Advisor

Niran holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Management Institute of the UK, a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing Management from University of San Francisco and a Master's in Business Administration (International Business) from the Golden Gate University San Francisco.

Niran brings more than 35 years of extensive FMCG MNCs & Corporate Conglomerates experience in the field of Marketing, Branding, Customer Service, Investor/Government Relations and Digital Transformation spanning various industries. Formerly the Vice President with Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), he is passionate and devoted senior leader the Digital Economy & Transformation.
